Check-In / Check-Out Policies

We are always here! Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. We’ll be ready for you.

Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. Seize the day, friend!

Early Check-In may be purchased for $35, subject to availability
Late Check-Out may be purchased for $25/hour until 3p, subject to availability

Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned if hotel is not notified that the guest will be arriving later than their specified check-in date. 

Payment Policy
The total price of the reservation will be charged after booking.

Smoking Policy
I agree to NOT smoke inside the building or my assigned room, or allow my guests to smoke inside the building or assigned room. This includes tobacco, marijuana, vapes, or any other type of smoking product as well as use of illegal drugs. I understand that violating this policy will result in fines of up to $700. I understand that if I am suspected of smoking anywhere inside the building, the Police Department will be called to investigate our room. If the authorities are called to investigate any allegations related to the foregoing, in entering into this agreement with O Hotel, I consent to the appropriate authorities inspecting the property I have rented to determine whether any illegal conduct has occurred, and/or to ensure the safety of the guests.

Damage Policy

In consideration of CorpHousing Group permitting me and my guests access to the property I have rented, I agree to the following: 

I shall be responsible to the property for any damage caused to the property, allocated rooms, furnishings, or amenities by any act, default, or neglect of the aforementioned guest(s) or visitors and shall pay O Hotel on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.

I agree to release from liability and hold harmless O Hotel, its managing agent, owner, and any of their employees, from any and all liability for losses and/or damages to personal property.

Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges.

Minimum Age Policy
All guests must be 18 years or older to confirm guest room accommodations at Townhouse Hotel a. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.

ADA Policy
Townhouse Hotel is compliant with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). We offer accessible rooms within the hotel. Please ensure requests reach us by placing it in the comments section of the online reservation form, or by calling us directly after the reservation has been made.

Room Cleaning Policy
Room refreshes will be offered during your stay, please alert the front desk or use the Do Not Disturb sign to request any cleaning service during your stay.
