CANCELLATION POLICY

Please carefully read our cancellation policy.

  • Prepayment for the reservation will be collected at any type, please note, prepayment is typically collected immediately after the booking is made
    In case of a “no-show”, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non- refundable.
  • Standard Rate Reservations: 
    If the guest cancels more than 3 days in advance, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.
    There is only one way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest MUST send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following address:          reservations@ohotelgroup.com
  • All cancellations will be confirmed via email
  • Non-Refundable Rate Reservations:
    All reservations are non-refundable NO EXCEPTIONS
